    • 2024 Holidays We Are Open...

      In 2024 we are open Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Black Friday, Columbus Day.

      We are located 7 miles North on PA Route 209 from Route 80 exit 309, in East Stroudsburg PA, the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania.

    • Is the Market Handicapped Accessible?

      Yes it is. 

    • Are Dogs Allowed?

      Dogs are allowed OUTSIDE ONLY AND MUST BE ON A LEASH, please pick up after them.

    • How Do I Become a Vendor?

      Advance reservations are not required. Outdoor booths are always available on any day we are open.

      Requires prior Pocono Bazaar approval and a concession license.

    • Can I Rent a Booth for One Day Only?

      Yes. Advance reservations are not required. Outdoor booths are always available on any day we are open. 

    • What Kind of Things are NOT Allowed to be Sold?

      The sale of counterfeit trademarked goods, explosives, operative firearms, fireworks, inflammables, alcoholic beverages, and obscene materials are NOT permitted.

    • Outdoor Daily Rental

      Space is 10 x 10 foot


      Outdoor Daily Rental Space: $35

      Outdoor Crafters Space: $25

      Outdoor Yard Sale Space: $15




    • Monthly Indoor Rental

      • On a monthly basis an average indoor 10 X 10 unit would be $250.00,

      (Divided by 8 weekend days in a month that would only be $31.25 per day)

      • On those months with 5 weekends the 5th week is free.

      • When you rent by the month it also includes all holidays free.

    • Monthly Outdoor Rental

      An average 10 X 10 outdoor unit is $210.00 a month with all the same benefits as the indoor units. We have larger and smaller spaces available both indoors and outdoors.

    • Household & Yard Sale Rental

      We also have specialized locations for used household and yard sale items for $25 dollars per day.


      You do not need an appointment to set up. You can show up any Friday to make arrangements for the weekend or come 

      any Saturday or Sunday. See Set Up Times.

    • Amenities

      The indoor spaces are air conditioned and heated. You do need to bring your own setups and tables.

      For outdoors you should bring your own tent or cover. We provide night security for vendor items left overnight.

    • We are Located in a High Traffic Area

      We have an average of 30,000 visitors a month coming through our marketplace.


      If you have the right product selling at the right price you will succeed at our marketplace.

    • Set Up Times for Vendors

      Setup Times:

      7:00 am - 8:30 am Spring, Summer, Fall

      8:00 am - 8:30 am Winter
